Welcome to Cawker City Lodge
#125!
My name is Nolan Sump and I have
been elected to serve as master this year.
This year has proven so far to be one of productivity, with nice
attendance at our Sweetheart’s Dinner in February and a pleasant
ceremony at our 50 year pin presentation of Bro. Bill Eberle. In April
we received a visit from Grand Junior Warden Tracy Bloom, who gave a
presentation and demonstration of the Kansas Child Identification
Program module. We plan to
implement it during the annual Twine-a-thon in June.
I highly recommend your lodge get involved with this program, as
it is something very beneficial for the safety of our children.
We are expecting a large turnout
for the Masonic barbeque in downtown Cawker City and at the end of the
month we will be sprucing up the outside of the lodge.
It’s time we put a new coat of paint and a new look on the
exterior of the lodge. It
may be just trim, but it’s badly needed.
I extend an invitation to all
Masons who
read this page to come visit our lodge and attend a meeting.
We meet once a month at 7:30 pm on the second Monday of each
month, with the exception of June and July.
Thank you for your time.
Fraternally yours,
Nolan Sump
Worshipful Master
